Terms of Service
Last updated: 15 August 2026
1. Who these terms are with
These terms govern use of Nure, provided by AI Gen Apps Limited, company number 16824575, registered at 3rd Floor, 45 Albemarle Street, London, W1S 4JL. By creating an account you accept them.
2. The service
Nure is a business management platform providing customer records, messaging across email, WhatsApp and telephone, AI assistance, document handling and invoicing. Features vary by subscription plan.
3. Your account
You must provide accurate details and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for everything done under your account. You must be 18 or over and authorised to act for the business you register.
4. Fees
Subscriptions are billed in advance on the plan you select. Usage beyond your plan's included allowances, such as call minutes or messages, may be charged separately at the rates shown in your account. Payments are handled by a payment processor. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use Nure to: send unsolicited or bulk marketing messages, or anything that would breach the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations or WhatsApp's own Business Messaging Policy; contact anyone who has not consented to hear from you, or who has asked you to stop; send unlawful, deceptive, harassing or infringing content; impersonate anyone, or misrepresent who is sending a message; attempt to breach the platform's security or access another customer's data; resell the service without our written agreement. We may suspend an account that breaches this section, immediately and without notice where the breach is serious.
6. Your data and your responsibilities
You keep ownership of everything you put into Nure. You grant us the licence needed to operate the service for you. You are the data controller for your clients' information. You confirm that you have a lawful basis to hold it and to contact the people concerned, and that you have given them whatever privacy information the law requires. Where you record calls, you are responsible for meeting the recording and consent rules that apply in your jurisdiction and your callers'. We provide tools to help, such as an announcement before recording and configurable retention, but the obligation is yours. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data. A data processing agreement is available on request.
7. AI features
Nure uses AI to draft messages, answer calls and summarise information. AI output can be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing anything sent on your behalf, and for any action taken on an AI suggestion. We do not warrant that AI output is accurate, complete or suitable for any purpose.
8. Responsible use of AI
Nure uses AI to interact with people directly and to generate content on your behalf. Where you use these features you may act as a deployer of an AI system under the EU AI Act, and you are responsible for your own obligations as one, including where your use reaches people in the EU. You must not turn off or work around the transparency built into the service, such as the announcement that tells a caller they are speaking to an automated assistant. Where you configure a task to run without human approval, you accept responsibility for its output and for keeping any safeguards the law requires. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle AI transparency and automated processing.
9. Third-party services
Connecting WhatsApp, Google or a telephone number means also accepting that provider's terms. We are not responsible for their availability or their decisions about your account with them.
10. Availability
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. We may carry out maintenance, and may change or withdraw features with reasonable notice.
11. Liability
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, business or data, and our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.
12. Ending the agreement
You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of your billing period. We may terminate for material breach, or for non-payment after notice. On termination you may export your data for 30 days, after which we delete it as described in the Privacy Policy.
13. Changes
We may update these terms and will give reasonable notice of material changes. Continuing to use Nure means accepting them.
14. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
